What we take for granted.

When I need to go to Target, I simply choose from any of the nearby locations: Sophista-Target in Edina, Targhetto on Lake Street, improperly laid-out bizarro Target in Bloomington, etc. But apparently in New York, where they were unfortunately Targetless, the opening of a new Target in Brooklyn can be quite a big deal. Even celebrities attend.

I seriously doubt Sandra Bernhardt bought those boots, but whatevah. See more pics and read all about it at Gawker.

Sandra B just ran out of Brita filters. What to do, what to do.

I LOVE THIS PICTURE!

I like to imagine what I would do if I ran into Sandy B in the toilet paper aisle at Target. I would imagine she would be partial to ScotTissue, because I hear she likes it rough.

The "b" in bizarro should have been capitalized.

Sandra sure is the gal about town lately. Graham Norton on Tuesday and a Target Opening on Wednesday! I wonder if she's fired her manager yet?

I wonder if their Target opening was bigger than our Ikea opening. Oh & I learned I know who the 1st guy in line at our Ikea was. I think I'll pretend I don't know him the next time we cross paths.

Hey, that means he got a free Poang chair and first dibs at those famous Swedish Meatballs. Not too shabby. What did you ever do?

Well, I once won a stuffed Peter Cottontail on one of those Easter phone lines that coax kids into calling over & over while racking up a huge phone bill. My parents weren't too happy, but I had a new stuffed bunny.
