13 previous comments: I always see this stupid comic in the paper. Who the hell thinks it's funny? I mean this particular one is seriously creepy, but for the most part they're just so painfully lame. By , at 12:56 PM Do you do any work when you are "working from home?" I wish I had a job that allowed me to be on the internet all day. Oh wait... My favorite one is the one when Dilbert took it over. Because there had been a lot of hoopla over Mommies new look. Here is the link: http://www.reuben.org/rosenthal/april%20fools/familyc.html By brent, at 1:35 PM I hate Family Circle. It is the bane of my existence. I read the paper every morning and look forward to certain comics, which happen to be Pearls Before Swine, Get Fuzzy and Dilbert. It only took me a few read through of the entire comic section to realize that Family Circle is not funny and is unduly sentimental and cheesy – completely ruin everything the “funnies” stands for. Many of my friends know of my hatred for the Family Circle, and it warmed my heart to see you making fun of it. By Seamonkey. Seamonkey?, at 2:41 PM Oh look out! You're going to open a whole 'nother can of worms. Pretty soon there'll be 37 posts from Family Circle fans with their undies in a bunch. This one is a bit disturbing and creepy. By Colleen, at 3:45 PM Don't worry Colleen, I doubt that Family Cirle's entire fan base are also spending a lot of time here. By , at 4:22 PM don't miss the amazon reviews of family circus collections! [1] [2] [3] there used to be better fake reviews, but i guess amazon deleted them. bastards! the dysfunctional family circus is also fun. same cartoons, different captions. some of them aren't work-safe. By clara, at 10:05 PM Ohhhh, how sweet, family circle knows just how to make me throw up a little in my mouth. By Stacy, at 7:36 AM hahah! stacy, i was going to say the same thing! By Honey Bunny, at 7:51 AM I'm so glad to hear there are lost of GET FUZZY fans out there. If I had the natural ability to write a comic strip, I would want it to be just like that. By Val, at 11:13 AM Is it Family Circle, or Family Circus? I've been running under the impression that it is Family Circus; Family Circle is a magazine, no? Say what you will, but you know that the "Not Me and Ida Know” series is precious...just precious. OH…how they made such trouble! Invisible little hellions. By Kristina, at 11:38 AM Non sequitor, but related to a post of yours a couple of months ago about the Roto Rooter guy begin disgusted by what he flushed out of your pipes.... Check out my latest blog posting about what I found in my drain. http://beauregardpictures.blogspot.com/ By Rob, at 11:52 AM Actually, I think it's "Circus" but it's always in that "Circle" so its hard for me to call it anything else. Kinda like "callipiters" and "ephalants", thanks to the kiddies. By Colleen, at 6:21 PM It's a cute comic strip that has kept it's same humor from when it started in the sixties. Unfortunately, we live in a much more cynical world now. By , at 2:30 PM < Back to Blog |
