And I Am Funky. Aarrrrrrgh.

Last night was the Halloween party. K-Mack said my Prince costume ended up looking more like Johnny Depp in The Pirates of the Caribbean than the '80s icon, and she was right, but I still think I got the point across:

I was most proud of the lace socks I found to match my ensemble:

The only real problem is that I didn't bother to practice any Prince dance moves or facial expressions in advance, so even though there are about a thousand pictures of me, I always look the same.

See all the pics. But be forewarned that I took way too many, and some of them may be a tad bit... risque.

I suggest you change your Halloween History picture to IMG_7789.jpg in Set Two. Much better representation of the fun you looked to have with your friends. And, it's almost a full body shot of all that purple & lace.

Great costume. You pulled Prince off to a T! Looks like it was a fun bash. So you were what 5 minutes from me and couldn't stop by and say hey... and so I could get some pics of you and post them on my blog.

OMG, Dan is Prince! Or is Prince really Dan in disguise? Bet our party with 20 or so 15 and 16 year olds was louder than yours. I had to retreat to the den and ear plugs to retain my sanity.

PS Nice shot of your feet. You know Uncle Ray is somewhat of an expert on feet since he has two.

My friend Heather was in K-Mack's costume as well. We also had an identical man dressed as swiss miss girl at our party. I think I was at the doppelganger of your party on Saturday!

The costume is awesome.

Wow. I couldn't stop myself from viewing each and every photo . . . well almost each and every one. What a train wreck! I didn't know whether to laugh or cry. I also have to admit being a wee bit disappointed by the Prince get up. I think you built it up a bit too much. It was good, but not up to your Oompa Loompa standards.

Props to the girl who looked like Amber Waves...is that the look she was going for? Well, if it wasn't, she looked EX-actly like Julianne Moore in "Boogie Nights"-fur coat, quasi-red hair, and red dress. Love it. And, I'm a girl. If only there was a Dirk Diggler in attendance...
