This made me laugh out loud, at poor Tanya's expense:  I don't know where this is from, but it's got a definite Vice Magazine Do's and Don'ts vibe to it... I shouldn't laugh, though. I don't have the best fashion record myself, and I'm sure there is photographic evidence of it out there somewhere.
