I am quite sure the monkey is one GBP Sterling, not one Dollar (note the ‘£’ on the receptacle from which the monkey projects itself in a '28 days later' style). However can we assume that this is now a 98p monkey care of PM Gordon Brown’s recent VAT announcement?
