Today I saw the Mona Lisa smile. No, not that awful movie where Julia Roberts is an inspiration to those boring boarding school chicks... the REAL Mona Lisa smile, because I am in Paris so suck on that, bitches. I'd post more but this keyboard is all whacked out and it took me forever just to find the apostrophe. So ciao or whatever. ::: posted by dan at 12:51 PM :: [ link ] :: (12) comments

By RichardZ.com, at 3:28 PM ciao? doesn't that sound like ITALIAN to you? haven't you heard of AU REVOIR? try it and maybe those French people won't stare at you with a killing look on their eyes. The Louvre? Eh. I've been in much more exciting museums. And the Mona Lisa? Eh again. She's kind of a letdown after all the hype. Plus I totally hate her hair. I would love to be in Paris, France, you lucky devil, you. By Rhea, at 3:26 PM Thanks everyone. I totally cracked the Davinci code, the Mona Lisa WAS a huge letdown, and I ate lots of bread. Plus I got a headcold and have been sneezing up blood. And it was my birthday yesterday. Bye. By dan, at 5:32 AM Paris on your birthday Dan...could it get any better? Happy belated, by the way! Hope you're having an awesome time, even though the nasty cold wanted to see Paris too. By Trudy, at 11:45 AM I agree the Mona Lisa was a let down. Standing in line to see a small faded yellow painting from a distance? Kinda lame. I loved the mammoth Neo-classic paintings by Jacques-Louis David. Sigh...I love art.
