2 previous comments: that happens a lot in soccer. the goalkeeper has to pick one and dive - port or starboard - and he's not always right ... obviously. He has to dive before he can tell which way the opponent's going to kick. It's a crapshoot. The kicker has to go for a corner and monitor his body language so as not to give away which way he's going, which makes it hard for him to avoid the frame. -toddbee By  , at
